The Can-Am Expertise Exchange was started in 2003 by 1World Foundation. Exchange is designed to enable organizations on both sides of the border to share best practices and the latest developments in our field. The focus of the conference over the past twenty years has been designed to be supportive to Direct Support Workers and Clinicians who work directly with people with developmental disabilities.
